The Department of Education is committed to helping children succeed in school.  As part of this they coordinate a number of financial scholarships, grants and prizes for young people in secondary school so they can focus on achieving their education goals.  Applications open Term 4 each year towards the end of October.   Details of the current list of scholarships can be found at:
